Abbreviations are incorrect in Harvard Reference List

I have added a reference using ‘online database’ and entered the author as National Institute for Clinical Excellence, however on the reference list, this comes up as Exellence, N.I F. How do I edit this so it reads correctly?

You need to make sure the library record has a comma at the end of an organization used as an author. You should have the author entered into the library as follows:

National Institute for Clinical Excellence,
