I’m trying to edit a template in EndNoteX7 but so far, I’ve been unable to achieve my goal: having two dots between the field of the authors and the field of the date.
Basically, what I want is (2 dots before the date: 1 from the first name of the last author and one to separate the two fields):
Carbuccia, N., Murati, A., Trouplin, V., Brecqueville, M., Adélaïde, J., Rey, J., Vainchenker, W., Bernard, O.A., Chaffanet, M., Vey, N., Birnbaum, D., and Mozziconacci, M.J… 2009. Mutations of ASXL1 gene in myeloproliferative neoplasms, Leukemia 23 :2183-86.
What I have is:

I simply tried to add a dot, but it did not work.
Here is what I wrote in the journal article template:
Author… Year. Title|, Journal| Volume| : Pages|.
I also tried this, but same result!
Author.. Year. Title|, Journal| Volume| : Pages|.
Would someone have a solution?
