I attempted to add a new reference to a previously unlinked article, Endnote somehow did not recognize that any new citation had been added - it would not format. I thought that once adocument is unlinked it stands alone as a separate/new document… That being the case woudl it not recognize a new citation regardless? The new citation appeared as annotated, but would not be formatted according to any journal I chose. Thanks.
Where were you choosing the new style? In Endnote program or in the word document. You have to change it in the word document.
