author list incomplete

I have a problem with endnoteweb

in my bibliography the list of the authors is in one list complete and the next list is incomplete (in word 2007)

  1. Saxena AK, Schaarschmidt K, Schleef J, Morcate JJ, Willital
    GH. Surgical correction of pectus excavatum: the Munster experience.
    Langenbecks Arch Surg 1999;384:187-93.  —>complete list with 5 authors

  2. Morshuis WJ, Mulder H, Wapperom G, et al. Pectus excavatum.
    A clinical study with long-term postoperative follow-up. Eur J Cardiothorac
    Surg 1992;6:318-28; discussion 28-9. -->incomplete list only 3 authors then et al. but i need all authors

 i used new england j of medicine style
where is the fault… could someone help me?

I am sure that New England journal specifies that if there are 5 (or maybe it is 6) or more authors, you should list the first 3 and et al.  You will need to find a style that has no such limitation, because I don’t think you can edit the Endnote Web styles.
