Author's name (plus "crtl + click to follow link") does not show up when I rollover on text inserted citations

Hi,

Suddenly the little message that once appeared when I rolledover mouse on the citation number does not appear anymore.

I talking about the small yellox box with the authour’s name and year together with the message that says that you can press ctrl + click to follow the link.

On the Endnote level, I tried to configure biliography by selecting “Link in-text citations to references in the bibliograpgy”

Is it clear what I triyng to say?

Does anyone have an idea ?

So you have selected or de-selected that option?  – and if you selected, did you run update citations, so they could be updated with respect to the hyperlink?
