I’m experiencing an odd bug, although it works fine on the simple search model.
When I switch to the advanced search model, the input box is disappeared.
Unfortunately, the problem is also present in online searches.
Could someone please tell how to fix it?
you usually can “pull” the top of the library down to show more of the search box?

It seems there are no place can be “pull” 
maybe call endnote support. I have X9 so I don’t think I even have and advanced search option, but I can usually grab the area in the double line at the top of the library and move it down.

It solved by reinstall the EndNote.
