Am writing a paper and now, for some reason, cannot open the preferences tab in Endnote x7 on OSX Mavericks. It was working fine earlier today, but now when I click on ‘Preferences’ under ‘File’, nothing happens. Other options in that tab work. Advice?
I am assuming you tried shutting everything down, rebooting and trying again?
I am having the same problem. Rebooted several times, but the neither the preferences window, nor the preferences in the Endnote Tab in Word work. I also cannot use CWYW - only the go-to Endnote function works, nothing else.
