Can't open a compressed library (*.enlx) when the path contains Chinese characters

Recently, I start to use EndNote 20 (win10).

I can’t open a compressed library (*.enlx) when the path contains Chinese characters.

It seems that such an issue didn’t occur in the previous versions of EndNote
