Chicago 15th A output style question

I’m wondering if there is a way to change the Chicago 15th A output style to better replicate the standard Chicago approach to repeated citations in footnotes. In other words, I have the following footnote in something I’m working on:

When I cite this work a second time it comes up as:

However, it would be best if if came up as:

Prem, Milpa y hacienda, 26-27.

So, is there some way to edit the output style so that the book short form only includes the title information that appears before the colon, or something along those lines? Basically, Chicago prefers that the repeat citation include a briefer version of the title than Endnote produces by simply replicating the entire title.

Thanks.

If you provide a “Short title” this should be used in the subsequent non-consecutive footnotes - so in your case, have you provided a short title in the record?
