Cite While You Write installaer freezing

Hello,

I am trying to install Cite for my Office 2007 and IE11, however the installer would start but freeze.

I am using Win 8.1 Office 2007 and IE11.

It says “Searching for Installed applications.”

Any pointers would be highly appreciated.

You can access that download from the following website: http://endnote.com/kb/82126Once EndNote is installed you can open up Word and use the following steps to switch the tools in Word to the online version. http://endnote.com/kb/82605Let us know if you have any questions or if this does not resolve the issue.
