When I try to insert an citation into a Word 2007 document from an EndNote library on a Novell mapped drive, I get a “EndNote Error”, and the reference fails to be properly inserted. If I copy my library to the C: drive, citation works perfectly. I’m seeing the same thing in X3, X3+patch, X4 and X4.0.1
What I should add here is that ‘Novell mapped drive’ = the new Novell Client 2.0 running on Windows 7. Working from a Novell mapped drive on Windows XP presents no problem.
Is this a known issue at all?
