Hi,
“Place published” is no longer included for some type of references, such as books or edited book.
I’m using X9 for Mac and IEEE style, but it also occurs for Harvard or Chicago. I tried to add it manually (Books: Author, Title|, Edition |, (|, |)|, Place Published|: Publisher|, Year|.) but the citation shows “place published” instead of the city.
Does anyone know how can I solve this issue?
