I just figured out how to use EndNote for Web on Word 2010 at the library. 

Is it possible to get that same plug in for Word 2013 on Windows 8 RT?

Does RT allow you to do Word 2013 plug-ins???

Unfortunately, not yet. We need to keep asking Thomson Reuter to invest into making a version of Endnote for Windows ARM based systems, like the MS Surface RT. They were able to make it work for the iPad. I hope they will be able to make it for Windows RT. Everything is there to compile for ARM based systems. It’s not impossible, they just need to invest. If not they will loose a lot of customers in the long run.
