# Endnote iPad app -- reading PDFs

Hi. The endnote iPad starting guide states " PDFs can be opened in other iPad applications that support PDF files." How is this possible? In other words, can I make another iPad app, the default PDF reader/annotation app while using endnote on my iPad? Can’t seem to figure out how. Thanks in advance.&nbsp;
