On Monday, 4/14, an urgent update to EndNote online was pushed out to address a known issue with Cite While You Write (CWYW).
We had received reports that references from groups that had been shared by other EndNote online users were not found through CWYW searches. We were able to identify the cause, and the solution was released on Monday. Effective as of 4/14, you should be able to cite from another EndNote online user’s shared group without problems.
