I am running Endnote X8.2 on a Mac (Yosemite 10.10.5). I am not currently using CWYW or any word processor, I am just working on importing and editing references in my library. I have ~1000 references, most with attached PDFs. I have not had this kind of problem with Endnote before, but recently (I think since the last upgrade?) things are ridiculously slow. For example, opening a reference will take about 10 seconds, then saving an edited reference can take up to a minute! I’ve tried restarting Endnote, restarting my computer, etc. I have plenty of storage and memory on my computer. Any ideas? Thanks! ---
