Endnote X8 for mac, pdf file's layout be changed after editing

Hi, I’ve installed Endnote x8 on OSX 10.11.6. The problem was that the attached PDF file’s layout changed after editing by Preview, which is the whole texts moved to top-right but annotations still on original location (see attached image below).  this problem seems often happened to pdf files download from Elsevier. (sorry for my worse English writting)

I also have the same problem. I am using EndnoteX8 for Mac X10.11.6. I used to have the same problem when using EndnoteX7. I hoped upgrading would solve it bu it did not.
