Error sharing library: Could not parse request "&#x15"

Hi Everyone,

I am at a University and using Windows 10 + Endnote X8.

Getting an odd error:

Could not parse request: Failed to parse request XML: Character reference “&#x15” is an invalid XML character.

Any clues?
