Help. Bibliography won't format

Mac os 10.5 ennnote X1 word 2004-2007

I have a grant deadline looming-- refernces were out of order in bibliography so I

  1. recovered library (several times)

  2. unformated references and replaced all the ones that wouldn’t unformat

no the bibliography won’t format- I hope I am doing something stupid

please help, thanks

Tim found the error to be a corrupted table.
