# Help with X7 and Word citations

Hi all. I use Mac with End note x7 updated.

I can’t find a solution.&nbsp;

If i try to import reference from word I can not find anything after filling in the search field.

If i try to insert the citation from endnote it appears always

“There are no references selected in the frontmost EndNote library”.

May you help me? Many thanks.

You may have the EndNote online tools in Word and just need to switch them to the desktop version of EndNote.
