how to add a new reference not found on online search

Hello

I’m trying to automatically add this reference ton my EndNote library : 

Guichard L., Réal B., Desvignes P., Wissocq A., Zavagli F., Bertrand S., Morin C., Morison M., Reau R., Schmidt A., Bouveris N., Cariolle M., 2010. Caractérisation des pratiques de protection des cultures et de leur évolution : méthodologie de diagnostic et propositions visant à améliorer l’impact environnemental des systèmes de culture et d’élevage, rapport final, programme Pesticides (APR 2006), 77 p.

The problem is that I can’t find it on the Online Search tools.

How can I proceed?

Any reference can be entered manually if you can’t find a convenient place to download it from.  You could try capturing it, but I find it easiest to manually enter it. In library view, ctrl+N and you will get a blank record form to  manually enter it.

Make sure you enter the authors one per line, preferabl surname, first and middle (if just initials, make sure there is a space between them.  I am not certain of the reference type – is it a report or a book?  published in 2006 or 2010?
