How to cite an OSHA regulation?

Hello!

A library patron I’m helping needs to cite several OSHA regulations.  These are technically laws, I believe.  I’m not positive, though.  Here is a link to one of them:  http://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/owadisp.show_document?p_id=12716&p_table=standards

We need to know a couple of things:

  1. is there a dabatase where we can get these citations using Online Search?  Or do we have to enter the data into EN manually?

  2. What reference type would we use if we have to enter the data manually?  Maybe “Legal Rule or Regulation?”
