How to keep bibliography formatting if submitting tables (with 300 references) separately from manuscript?

Hi,

I have two tables on my manuscript with lots of references; If I delete them from the manuscript to send them as a separate file, I will change the whole reference page/numbering etc. Any advice? Thank you
