How to use Short Forms?

Hi,

I need to make references like this
  • First reference: E. Lipson, The History of the Woollen and Worsted Industries (London:
    A. and C. Black, 1921), p. 65.
  • Subsequent reference: Lipson, Woollen and Worsted Industries, p. 72.

So for the second reference I need to use the short form in the bibliography.
I’ve seen examples where a bibliography template has Book - Short Form
in it but I can’t add Book- Short Form from the Reference Types, so how do I add that?

And having done that, how do I add Short Form references into word?
