One of the labs on campus is getting a strange error when importing references from GeoRef (EBSCO). The references come in as serials and with no titles. First, we tried replacing the import filter. Next, we tried replacing all the import filters and finally we tried re-installing ENX3. Nothing seems to have worked. We don’t have this problem anywhere else on campus and it doesn’t seem to be happening in the lab on any other DB except GeoRef. Does anyone have any idea what might have caused this? It seems totally bizarre to me. Thanks for your help.
