# Journal Abbreviations in EndNote Web

It would seem the the EndNote web does not support journal abbreviations which is required by some Journals&nbsp;_e.g…_ Journal of Biological Chemistry.

“In regards to your query below, EndNote Web cannot abbreviate the Journal names automatically. EndNote Web does not have an option to maintain terms list which helps in journal name abbreviations”&nbsp;

I would be very nice if this option was available in the Web version as it is in the desktop version of EndNote.&nbsp;
