Under Edit Preferences, Folder Locations, library location should be indicated following the other File Locations, along with a check box for Look here first. This should over ride any recent file openings.
Additionally, may be harder to do but have the product remember the folder location from last time it opened a library - not other files! Currently it does not seem to descriminate.
