I need help putting my filmography in Word and sorting it by Film instead of by director. What I usually do with my bibliography is put everything in Endnote (I don’t use Cite As You Write). Then I copy-and-paste the formatted bibliography from Endnote to Word. When I do that for my film list, it doesn’t sort by film. I’m not sure how it’s being sorted.
I’ve tried going into Tools in Endnote and changing the Sort Library so that it is only sorted by Title. But that’s still not working. I see in the Endnote window that the filmography is sorting the list correctly. It’s just that it’s not going to Word in the correct order.
Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong?
