Q: formatting endnote citations

Dear all, a question: when I make an endnote citation that has mixed information - both a citation proper and some explanatory information - should I format this entire segment in endnote, or can I keep the endnote partially unformatted for the informal information? For example:

“Green, Steve, Book, 14-16. For more information, see also Chuck Smith, Bob Roth, etc.” The “for more information” contains bibliographic information but is supplemental. How to format this in endnote (or should I not format it at all)? Thank you.

That information can go in the “suffix” place when in th edit citation dialog box. You already entered the page numbers in the cited pages section.
