Hi, I just deleted my entire references with the intention of syncing it back, while syncing it also deleted the online (web) version. Please what do I do? I am absolutely in trauma.

Maybe a stupid suggestion which you already have checked, but is the references moved to the “Trash” folder or completely deleted? If they still are in the “Trash” you could select all, right click and select “Restore to library”.
