I am using RefMgr 10 because that is compatible with WordPerfect 10. My system is Windows XP Pro, Service Pack 3. I have tried to export data from the American Psychological Association website, recently. The website takes me through the steps, the download points to the correct RefMgr file, but nothing downloads. The last time I downloaded files, I was using Service Pack 2, as I recall. My firewall and IE are set to permit such downloads. Any help would be appreciated. Copying me backchannel would be even better.
