same group names in different group sets in transferring

Hi

When I am doing transfering from desktop to endnote web, I select Group and find there are same group names, which are in different group sets. Is there a way to get away with this? Or I need to rename the group name?

This is possible to do, but I imagine it will get confusing. EndNote is applying a label to the group name but in the background EndNote is actually using the path to find the location when transferring to EndNote Web.

While the name may be the same, the database path to get to the actual data (references) is different so EndNote can tell the difference, even if you can’t.

So My Groups \ Group set 1\ Group A

is different from My Groups \ Group set 2 \ Group A

However, when you are transferring, you only see Group A and Group A, so this may get confusing fast.
