servers are down???? cannot connect to sync in EndNote nor sign-in through Web of Science

Are the servers down for anyone else?  I don’t see a twitter message saying anything.

I can’t connect EndNote x7.1 to sync and I can’t sign in to web of knowledge.

Can someone else verify???
