Setting up floating EndNote menu

After installing EndNote X3 on a Mac OS10.6 and going into Word (2003-2007), a floating EndNote menu came up. It was transparent and had a few of the commands like Insert, Edit, etc. but not the whole CWYW menu. After shutting down the computer and restarting the next day, the floating menu had disappeared.

The question is how do I get it back?

It may have been accidentally hidden or closed by Word. Try going to Word’s View menu and checking EndNote as a toolbar if it is unchecked.
