I have the problem that once I have added an Endnote Citation in Pages 09, the Insert/Endnote Bibiliography menu item is grayed out or disabled. If I have no citations in my document already, the menu item is not greyed out, and when I insert the bibliography it warns me that it is empty since I have no citations (obviously), but they get added as I now add citations.
Is this just a bug that I have to add the bibliography before I add any citations or is there a reason that the bibliography must be added first?
