style for IRB: Ethics & Human Research

Is there anyone out there who has created an output style for the journal "IRB: Ethics & Human Research"?

many thanks,

Attached is a copy of the style for IRB: Ethics & Human Research. According to the editors’ instructions the style is similar to the Vancouver style with a few modifications. The Vancouver style does not use the hanging indent for the bibliography, and the instructions of the editors of IRB: Ethics & Human Research do not say whether they require a hanging indent.
