The word stops working when I try o update the references

Hi,

I am trying to update the references or move a reference from one place in the text to another, and this cause the word (windows ) to stop working!?

Any help?

Moving references, you need to be careful, as if you miss a part of the field, it can get corrupted. Make a copy, and try converting to unformatted citations (not plain text!)  and then update citations.  If it is still a problem, you might need to run thru the cleanup steps in this KB article.
