What to write under "date" and "year".

Dear users,

I have a paper that is from July 2015. How should I put the information in endnote?

Should I write “July 2015” under year and nothing under date? “July” under date and “2015” under year? “July 2015” under date and “2015” under year? Something else?

I use only the year in Year and the date in Date.

But remember that it is the style which decide if and how the date and the year is displayed. Some styles may omitt the date.
