When citing I get {Anderson, 2000 #13} instead of (Anderson KV 2000)

in my document when I cite I get {Anderson, 2000 #13}, when I open a new document and cite everytthing is fine and I get (Anderson KV 2000). Whats wrong with my document ?

Hi!

This is unformatted references.

Have you tried:

Word 2003:

Format Bibliography → Instant formatting → Click on “Turn On” button if text says “Turn On” → OK

Word 2007:

Click on Format Bibliography (the small arrow in the lower right corner of the middle column) → Instant formatting → Click on “Turn On” button if text says “Turn On” → OK

If you have Word 2007 and EndNote X4.0.1 or X4.0.2 you can just click on the “Update Citations and Bibliography” button.

Does this fix the problem?
