I am considering upgrading my Endnote the to latest version, but, unfortunately, I am not living in the USA or Canada. I buy regularly software from the net and always in the same way: by paying it with my credit and downloading it from the website. For some reason, this is not possible with Endnote. Instead, I have to make an order to the nearest distributor (which, accidentally, is even not in the same country: I live in Finland and the distributor is in Sweden) and wait for days to get the product. I have bought and upgraded Endnote once with this method and always feel angry when I have to use it.
Could somebody explain why this is the case and tell if there is improvement in sight?
