# word integration

Hi all.

I am hoping someone can help me with a problem.

I am running endnote X.02; windows XP, and office XP.

I don’t get an endnote toolbar in word.

I can’t see an option to show it in word under view\>toolbars.

I can’t see any endnote menus under “tools” in word.

I can add citations to word documents from the CWYW toolbar in _endnote_.

The endnote installer put the necessary files in the word startup folder, and I also tried doing it manually too, with no difference.

I have tried reinstalling both word and endnote. It makes no difference. I was also mindful of the order of running applications after installation, so as the website says, I ran endnote firt with an open library, and then opened word.

Nothing has helped - what now??

Would very much appreciate any&nbsp; thoughts.&nbsp;
