I’ve setup an allowed rule with the TCP port corresponding to the required connection file, from Internal to External networks yet I get either Name Server Error (a connection file with Port 7190) or a Proxy Authentication required error for PubMed (NLM) (Port 80). It appears that EndNote x3 is not using the Windows proxy settings and/or is not passing the AD credentials. Is this correct? If so what is the work around? If not, is there a secondary connection required e.g. TCP/UDP port 210?
