Hi,
after installing EN X9.2 I am not able to activate the CWYW add-in for MS Word 2016 on a Windows 10 computer. I have done a complete new installation and several repair approaches, but the ResearchSoft folder in the Windows Common Files folder will not be installed. Thus, any add-in operation in the MS options menu will fail.
Any suggestions?
