After the update to the version X7.7.1, I receive the error message “The document “References.enl” could not be opened.” What can I do to open my library also under the new version of Endnote?
Upgrading should not break your library. Try using the Tools menu - Recover Library, it that doesn’t work you might need to contact Endnote support.
