Aplication failed during request deserialization

Hello, I´m using CWYW in Microsoft Office Word 2010. I´d been colecting refereces for my bibliography for 3 years and now with more than 100 refferences I can´t finish my work because CWYW has crashed: when I try insert a new refference appears this message: Aplication failed during request deserialization: not well-formed (invalid token) at line 2, column 151444, byte 151553 at /prod/products/endnote-webapp/ENW-3.15.1/ro/release/thirdparty/perl/lib/site_perl/5.8.6/i686-linux/XL/Parser.pm line 187. Then the refference appears as temporary citation between { } in the test. There is any way to fix it?

It is possible that your document has corrupt field codes in it.  We have a FAQ on our web site that gives the steps to remove all of the field codes and clean up the document.  You should first make a backup of your Word document and then follow the steps in the FAQ at:

Lot of thanks, I really appreciate your diligence on this aswer. I has just followed the FAQ. Now, I understand that I should reinsert all the references in the document by the usual way to format it, isn´t it?

After you follow the steps you will click Update Citations and Bibliography and then may have to resolve the citations via the Select Matching Reference window.

I have faced with the similar issue. the error is " Application failed during request deserialization:

reference to invalid character number at line 2 , column 417 , byte 456 at /opt/reuters/apps/enw/ro/release/thirdparty/perl/lib/site_perl/5.8.6/i686-linux/XML/Parser.pm line 187" 

How to address this?
