Clarivate customer support confirmed to me that the Bibtex filter does not work.
This has been reported at least 3 times in this group
I would suggest the downloadable Bibtex Filter should be removed EndNote’s web site so that it is understood that this format is not handled by EndNote (it is still possible to download from endnote.com/downloads/filters
