I am trying to insert my second figure and I keep getting this error: A COM exception has occurred. Command failed

I was able to insert a previous figure in my document without any problems. 

I have looked online and followed the instructions to restart EndNote and Word and my computer, as well as finding and renaming the Normal.dotm file, but nothing has worked.

I am running Endnote X9 with Microsoft Word for Mac versoin 16.17 on macOS Big Sur. Citations in APA 7th
