I'm using EndNote 20 on Mac OS11.1 and Word version 16.44 (Office 365)

I find that when I switch betweem documents in Word, sometimes I have the EndNote Tool Bar available, sometime I don't have it available.  

Is there a setting that I need to set in my Word document to get the menu bar?

I never had this problem in X9.  I could freely switch between documents and always had the tool bar.
