Endnote stopping working when doing any operation (for example adding a library) on the laptop of a coleague.
No way to solve the problem. Problem persisting after installing the last version demo. No way.
I ultimately did what is never expected to work and it succeded!

I installed the old registered version of endnote on the laptop of my colleague, running windows 7

I deleted the folder containing Endnote in the program folder

I copied the folder Endonote (same version) from my laptop, running windows 10 anniversary
The problem was fixed. Do not ask me how and why.
Hope that it will be useful for you. Just find a colleague with the same version working!.
