In addition to the ‘downgrade’ pointed out in previous posts. The search feature in Endnote 20 is a total contrast to the previous version.

  1. The search will clear if you try to rate a document for future reference.

  2. The link to the search group was removed from the left pane, therefore you cannot navigate to other groups and still go back to your search. Unless you save the search, which you don’t need to all the time.

But the most discouraging feature with the new version is the removal of the PDF preview pane and the opening of multiple PDF windows. SAD.
